DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400. Rub Organic Grass Fed Beef Steaks with Olive Oil and season evenly with Minced Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Basil and Onion Powder. Melt Butter over medium high heat until lightly bubbling. Add steaks and sear for 2 minutes per side basting with butter constantly. Remove steaks from heat and add to a room temperature, oven-safe pan. Place one clove of Garlic and one sprig of Rosemary and Thyme beneath and on top of each steak. Place in oven and roast to desired temperature (see table below, insert a meat thermometer in the thickest part of the steak). Remove from oven and transfer steaks to a cutting board. Allow to rest 5-10 minutes before cutting. Rare: 125 – 130 degrees Medium Rare: 130 – 145 degrees Medium: 140 – 145 degrees Medium Well: 150 – 160 degrees Well: 160 – 170 degrees
