DIRECTIONS:
Combine Oil, Broth, Honey, Soy Sauce, Green Onions (diagonally sliced), Ginger, Garlic Powder, and Worcestershire Sauce in a medium bowl with a whisk; set aside. Lightly score the Organic Grass Fed Beef Ribeye Steaks with a serrated knife; cutting a crisscross pattern. In a container large enough to position the steaks in a single layer, add the marinade and coat the steak well. Cover and marinate at least 2 hours; turning occasionally. Preheat Grill to medium high heat. Grill 4-6 minutes on each side or until cooked to desired doneness. Rest for 5-10 minutes before cutting.
