Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove organic grass-fed beef roast from packaging. Place Organic Grass-Fed roast on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Roast approximately 2 hour and 25 minutes to 3 hours and 25 minutes. Use an instant read thermometer and remove when internal temperature reaches 125 F for rare, 135 F for medium rare, and 145 F for medium. Tent loosely with foil and let stand 15 minutes before carving.
