Wet aged for 21 days before it’s hand-trimmed, this is a leaner alternative to conventional strip steak. While the Strip Steak is incredibly versatile, we love it seared in a cast iron skillet and finished in the oven with a rich lemon mint garlic butter sauce, sautéed mushrooms and onions over a bed of wild rice.
