Firm and full-flavored, our Sirloin Steak comes from grass-fed and grass-finished cattle raised to organic standards in the Midwest. Wet aged for 21 days, hand trimmed, and perfectly portioned. While the Sirloin is incredibly versatile, we love it seared in a cast iron skillet and finished in the oven with a lemon herbed garlic butter sauce with sautéed mushrooms and zucchini.
